JM0606 precision winding machine is a new kind of elastic filament winding machine introduced by our company. This machine is specially suitable for twist dyeing and winding of elastic filament into commercial yarn.
The machine is simple in structure, strong in shape and elegant in appearance. The winding speed is 700m/min. The DC speed control system is adopted, together with the advanced and accurate on-line tension control technology, to change the traditional way of pulling the winch frame and the barrel yarn passively rotating. The motor drives the winch frame and the barrel yarn actively rotates, so as to realize the active unwinding of the yarn, thereby reducing the loss of yarn elasticity and the production of tensile damage. Raw wool ensures the original properties of yarn fibers, improves winding speed and ensures the quality of rolled packages. The application of precision winding technology and humanized design concept minimize the cost of operation, maintenance, maintenance and energy saving.
